PROJECT MANAGER SENIOR NIGERIA H/F

You are responsible for the design and the execution of your project (several buildings each + 40 mio euro) in a new part of Lagos in Nigeria.

• This means that you dicuss with the customer to come to a design of the building that corresponds to the functional and architectural requirements within a certain budget.
• You are also in charge of the financial and budgetary aspects as well as of the technical and legal aspects of this project. Your goal is to obtain a positive result on your project.
• You make sure the planning is respected, as well as the contract.
• You lead a team of project engineers and site supervisors.
• You are the contact person for the client and the local authorities.
• You make sure that the quality and security procedures are respected.
Your N+1 is the Country manager

You have a Master in civil engineering or in industrial engineering construction.

You have a good knowledge of technical complex domains as well as and site organization;

You have at least 5 years experience as a project manager in the execution of complex International building projects (+ 40 mio euro).

This means that you have had the final responsibility for this project.

You have a good knowledge of contract management;

You are fluent in English.
