Votre Mission :
-ensuring timely project delivery whilst ensuring customer satisfaction
-responsibility for all design work during the project
-agreeing and managing the design programme
-responsible for on site design management & project performance
-working closely with the client, design organisations and customer project teams
-providing guidance on design related issues
-leading and managing a team of architects, designers, planners and project managers
-total cost & quality management
-managing and controlling the bid and pre-construction phases
-bid-management and reviewing of contractor proposals are a main part
-full Profit-Center responsibility
Votre Profil :
-a successful university degree in architecture, design or interior design
-a minimum of 5 years experience working in a similar organisation
-profound knowledge of the brand retail market
-international business experience
-customer focussed, relationship building and strong project management skills
-Effective People Management skills
-Planning & Organising experience
-English fluent, willingness to learn German
