Supervising all interior and exterior architectural finishing works. Inspecting and receiving finishing works according to approved drawings and technical specifications. Supervising plastering, putty, painting, flooring, gypsum board, and decorative works. Monitoring work quality and ensuring proper execution standards. Managing site workers and subcontractors and organizing daily activities. Monitoring material requirements, work progress, and project schedules. Coordinating with different engineering disciplines to ensure smooth workflow. Conducting final inspections and ensuring project handover in accordance with required specifications.
